Currently, our Butchers Block employees provide local delivery, and we also ship via UPS to all of NJ and NY. Delivery Days: Tuesday - Friday, Shipping Days: Tuesday - Thursday, Pick Up Days: Wednesday - Saturday. Pickup is available Wednesday - Saturday. All our meats are fresh and never frozen. Packages are shipped in insulated coolers containing freezer packs. Meat can be refrigerated for up to 1 week if the seal is not broken.
